PIGMENTATION ACCELERATOR BASED ON OILS AND VITAMIN E. Lively Speedy Color is a pigmentation accelerator based on vegetable oils and vitamin E. Its innovative formula causes cuticles to open faster resulting in faster penetration of dyes, both permanent and tone-on-tone. Setting times are reduced to about 8 to 10 minutes using a dry heat source. The vitamins it contains help keep hair soft, resulting in a conditioning effect. Vivace Speedy Color can also be used with bleaching powder, in which case the setting times will become 15 minutes depending on the degree of lightening desired, again using dry heat source. Vivace Speedy Color becomes active from the moment the heat source is applied. Vivace Speedy Color can be used with any brand of color or bleach.
