RV303DECOLOR MAGIC VELOX is a nonaggressive, low ammonia decolorant with non-volatile protein-enriched heavy powder. The light blue color of the powder has an anti-yellowing action. The lightening power is high and fast up to 5 tones in only 15 minutes with use of dry heat source, without drying the hair. To achieve higher lightenings increase the setting time. Ideal when used with tin foil or cap. Does not swell. Available in box with 1,000-g bag 

METHOD OF

USEApply to unwashed hair.
Thoroughly mix 40 gr. of powder with 80 ml. of hydrogen peroxide at 20-30-40 volumes depending on the desired lightening making sure no lumps form , in case mix further.
Setting time 15 to 25 minutes preferably under dry heat source.
Warnings: contains peroxides, may cause in predisposed persons allergic reaction in some cases even severe. Do not apply to irritated scalp or those suffering from eczema, psoriasis, ect. In case of severe itching rinse immediately with cold water and if necessary consult a doctor. Appropriate gloves must be worn during use. Do not use to bleach eyelashes and eyebrows or other parts other than hair. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. A preliminary sensitivity test is recommended before use. Close the bag after use.
