The Estrosa "Pre-Polish Base" is a professional base coat that, applied before the colored nail polish, acts as a filter between the nail polish and the nail so as to protect it, also creates the surface of the nail smooth and even, which facilitates the application of the nail polish. After the manicure, apply Estrosa's protective"Pre-Polish Base", then apply the colored nail polish, or apply the pre-polish base alone to give a manicured look to the nails.
