Layla Base And Top Cat Eye Polish
Base &Top Cat Eye "Optical Glass" is the next-generation finish designed specifically for cat eye gel polishes.
The sophisticated formulation acts as a sort of magnifying glass (hence the name, optical glass) capable of amplifying the three-dimensional effect that makes the polishes unique after just one stroke.
Optical Glass, moreover, is extra shiny, resistant and being both base and top at the same time allows for both a perfect base and sealing of the glaze, enhancing its shine and final result without the possibility of comparison with other finishes.
It dries in both uv and led lamp and is compatible with all Layla and Layba products.
