Ammonia-free bleaching powder, particularly fine and compact. It allows excellent bleaching results while respecting the hair structure. How to use: 1.Dilution ratio: 1:2 â one part bleaching powder plus two parts oxidizing emulsion The Oxy. Caution: mix in a nonmetallic container. 2. Oxidizers that can be used: Performance Tech Oxy Ready 10 â 20 â 30 â 40 volumes, at hairstylist's discretion based on evaluation. 3. Application time: 15 to 60 minutes depending on the hairstylist's assessment. Recommended for: lightening on colored and very delicate hair. Excellent for pickling washes and light pickling ONLY FOR PROFESSIONAL USE
