MAKE UP TIPSStart from the inner corner of the upper eyelid and follow the natural lash line. If you want an ombre effect, blend the stroke using the applicator that is part of the pencil or the Pupa Precise Shade Eye Brush. Repeat the same thing along the lower eyelid. The shading works as a base for the eyeshadow: it helps increase its hold and allows it to be applied evenly. The pencil can also be applied to the inside of the eyelid to create the kajal effect.
